Poll, conversations, assembly: a phased process in one small app
Build prompt: the CivicOS relay at neighborhood scale: an open statement poll, a schedule of small-group conversations with shared prompts, and a final report with what the process concluded and who deliberated.
Our civic host is [organization and the person who answers for it], in [place], and the question is [the question]. Recommendations go to [the decision-maker] by [date]; [who] keeps organizing between sessions.
Build a phased process in one small app in the pattern BLOOM Project runs with civic hosts (credit BLOOM; see report.bloomproject.us/central-oregon-ai): (1) an Open Poll that maps the opinion landscape (agree / disagree / unsure, add your own, opinion groups and consensus by group), (2) a schedule of small-group conversations with the tension and three shared prompts written in, where people work through tradeoffs toward supermajority agreement, (3) a report page with who participated, opinion groups, consensus statements with percent agree by group, and themes with statements and quotes, ending with the next step (an assembly, a hearing, a vote). Include Export results in that shape, labeled sample data for a demo walk-through, program/agenda.md, program/outreach.md, and materials/flyer.html. Credit "In partnership with BLOOM" in the footer, the agenda, and the flyer.
