Build: A Debrief That Asks Both Questions

Build a debrief tool for the sixth question. It runs a team through the after-action ritual in one sitting, projected on a wall or passed around phones.

Section one — Did it work? The measurable goal (pulled from the campaign's organizing sentence), what actually happened, and an honest verdict: won, lost, or mixed — with the handbook's guardrails displayed ('never claim a victory that's not yours; never pretend a loss is a win').

Section two — Are we stronger? Structured counts: first-time participants; people who took a bigger role than last time; new 1:1 relationships formed; skills the team now has that it didn't; what we learned about our own leverage. Show these alongside the same counts from previous debriefs, so the group can see its own strength curve across campaigns.

Section three — Celebration: specific contributions recognized by name, captured so they can be read aloud.

Section four — Three lessons and one next step, saved where the next campaign's kickoff can pull them in automatically.

Constraint: the tool works after losses. Its language never assumes victory, and the strength section renders first in the loss path — because that's when the second question matters most.
