A listening wall for one neighborhood question
Build prompt: a Pol.is-style listening wall for one question, two weeks open, QR flyer on every corner, with a printable consensus summary for the meeting that follows.
Our neighborhood is sitting with one question: [the question, in plain words]. The tension underneath it feels like [belonging and freedom / care and self-reliance / voice and speed / safety and welcome / preservation and change / privacy and knowing each other].
Build a listening wall in the Pol.is pattern (credit the Computational Democracy Project, surfaced via Metagov's Deliberative Tools Gallery): a dozen seed statements we write together, agree / disagree / pass one statement at a time, neighbors add their own (steward-reviewed before they enter the deck), and a results view that opens at a threshold and shows where the block agrees, by opinion group, honest about who was heard. Include Export results (JSON and CSV), a facilitation agenda for the conversation that follows (program/agenda.md), an outreach plan (program/outreach.md), and a printable flyer with a QR code (materials/flyer.html). Ship labeled sample data so we can walk the whole flow before the poll opens.
